Highly recommend Dr. Alan Rosen. He has a direct, no-nonsense approach. He does not overcomplicate treatments. He was realistic about my options, provided clear expectations, and developed a plan that actually worked. He made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process and felt like a friend. I really appreciated that he took progress photos to track my journey, which helped me understand my improvement visually. It's easy to schedule an appointment by calling the office directly.

i had a terrible experience and i’m in the medical field.i came with a bunion and had a mild dermatitis. He went in and debrided deep this mild irritation. and it wound up being deep?big ulcer,he never should have touched iT?My surgeon had to wait till it closed before i had bunion surgeryThe office for 2 days doesn’t answer the phone since i needed an antibiotic, said theirphone weren’t working!!! and the office itself feels unclean
I love Dr. Rosen and his staff. When you first walk in I’m greeted by name. The wait is never long, Dr Rosen is quick and through. He talks to each patient as if they’re his friend. I have been going to him for years and will continue until the day he retires.

I give 5 stars to Dr Rosen himself. I think he’s excellent at what he does. He’s also pleasant and well worth the wait to see him (he runs behind schedule). His staff not so much; they don’t return phone calls, which is annoying—to say the least—if you have to schedule or reschedule an appointment. He’s trying to ameliorate that with a new website and scheduling program so we’ll see.

Dr. Rosen is very knowledgeable about his profession. The staff has is very welcoming and it’s a comfortably environment. My feet are much better than when I’ve first started visiting, his office. I feel like I’m walking on clouds. I limped into his office my first visit.
He’s top of his game in podiatry! Here’s all you need to know about my opinion of Dr. Rosen who was my Dr. while I lived in NY. I moved to CA and still go to him when I’m in the area because he’s the ultimate professional - knowledgeable, careful, communicative and above all competent! So happy I found him.
I was given an appt the same day, which was so appreciated because I had a problem. Prep time was very good. Waiting time was about 20 mins. Doctor is a very nice person who is very competent.
Dr. Rosen is not only capable but kind with a compassionate office support team as well. Not pushy and takes the time to explain and answer questions. I had bunion surgery I had been avoiding for years. I am happy I decided to take the leap with Dr. Rosen. Make an appointment, you will not regret it.
Fine podiatrist, very professional, attentive to patient, with nice staff, and timely service. As a long-term patient, Dr Rosen has diagnosed me with several moderate to severe foot conditions, which he helped me correct, and in old age I can continue my walking routine. As a new patient, I found Dr. Rosen to be a very polite, knowledgeable and attentive doctor. He isn't rushing you out of the office and listens carefully to the information you give him about your foot problem. His staff are welcoming, attentive and ready to help. Office is clean and in an accessible area in the Upper East side.

Very thorough. Diagnosed my toe pain with in office ultrasound and gave me an appropriately conservative plan for recovery. The office runs well, you won't need to wait long to be seen.

It’s always a pleasant experience to visit Dr. Rosen. He has the best bedside manner, I never feel rushed and he explains everything so patiently. In addition, his staff is so nice and caring. I travel from Long Island and it’s at least a 2 hours traveling time. I find it worth it as I haven’t had luck finding doctors like him near me.
